Pursuant to the Village of Fox Lake's of Ordinance No. 2019-42, to ensure that all properties located within the Village that are vacant or have a defaulted mortgage are maintained and in compliance with all applicable codes, they must be registered.
On April 11, 2024, the Village of Fox Lake, Ill. contracted with MuniReg LLC, a third-party company, to administer the Village's registries.
Effective April 11, 2024, all registrations must go through MuniReg.
