The project consists of the reconstruction and expansion of Lakefront Park, a lakefront property on Nippersink Lake in the Village of Fox Lake in Lake County. The site preparation includes the removal of Nippersink Road and the relocation of public utilities within the limits of the park. Park improvements include removals and grading, construction of roadways, retaining walls, parking lots, storm sewer and watermain installation, site lighting, walking paths, band shell, pickleball courts, playgrounds, walking paths, site furnishings, landscaping improvements, site restoration, permitting and all incidental and miscellaneous items of work in accordance with the design plans, project specifications and contract documents.
