Better Balance and Strengthening will be every Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. to 11: 30 a.m.. This class focuses on building muscle tone, strength, endurance and flexibility. Certified Instructor Deb Motts will help you reach your goal!
Please bring your own desired weights to this class. Each class is $5 and there is no need to preregister.
